HOMECOMING
28 DATES WITH YOURSELF
A free four-week experience to come home to your own truth.
There is so much noise telling you who to be, how to show up, what to want, what to say + what it should all look like.
HOMECOMING is an invitation in the opposite direction.
Back to you.
Over 28 dates with yourself, you’ll explore what it means to feel safe being seen, cultivate safety within, meet the stories + parts of yourself you’ve learned to hide, deepen your self-trust + reconnect with your own truth.
Through intimate teachings, somatic practices, breathwork, reflection + activations, you’ll begin creating something you can return to again + again:
a safe place within yourself.
Free access to the full four-week HOMECOMING experience.
COME HOME ●○
Because perhaps coming home isn’t about finding somewhere you belong.
Perhaps it’s remembering that you belong to yourself.
MAYBE YOU’VE FORGOTTEN WHAT YOUR VOICE SOUNDS LIKE UNDERNEATH ALL THE NOISE.
What do I actually want?
What do I believe?
What feels true for me?
What do I want to say?
Who am I when I’m not trying to be who somebody else needs me to be?
Because we learn so much about ourselves through other people.
What gets praised.
What gets questioned.
What makes someone uncomfortable.
What gets us love.
What gets us attention.
What makes us belong.
What parts of us feel welcome + which ones we slowly learn to keep to ourselves.
And then we grow up.
We want to use our voice.
We want to share our work.
We want to be seen.
We want to lead.
We want to take up space.
And sometimes there’s another part of us quietly going:
Yeah… but is it safe?
That’s some of what we’re going to meet inside HOMECOMING.
28 DATES. 4 WEEKS. WITH YOU.
-
We begin with being seen.
Not simply visibility online.
Being seen as YOU.
The things you really think.
The conversations you want to lead.
Your voice.
Your work.
Your magic.
The parts of yourself you may have learned weren’t always welcome.Because we can consciously want to be seen while another part of us learned a very long time ago that being fully seen wasn’t necessarily safe.
-
And then we come a little closer.
Because we cannot control everything happening around us.
We cannot make everyone understand us.
We cannot make sure nobody ever judges us, leaves us, disagrees with us or thinks we’re too much.
But we can begin creating places of safety within ourselves.
We can notice what happens in our body.
We can become aware of the stories we’re carrying.
We can create anchors.
We can have boundaries.
We can create SPACE.
-
This one might bring things up.
We’ll trace the timeline.
We’ll go back and meet some of the stories you’ve collected along the way.
The things you were told.
The moments you made mean something about who you are.
The parts of yourself you perhaps learnt to hide.
And maybe you’ll have one of those moments where you realise:
Oh. Of course I feel this way.
Not because there’s something wrong with you.
Because somewhere along the way, something happened. Something was said. Something became a story.
And now you get to look at it again.
From here.
As the person you are today.
-
By the final week, we’re moving into fear, courage, self-trust, personal power + what it means to actually let yourself be known.
Not because the fear has magically disappeared.
But because perhaps courage was never about waiting until you weren’t scared.
I originally created HOMECOMING as a journey of dates you take yourself on.
Some dates are teachings.
Some are conversations with yourself.
Some bring you into your body.
Some are breathwork + somatic practices.
Some will probably bring something up you had completely forgotten about.
Some might make you cry.
Some might make you go:
Ohhhhh. THAT’S where that came from.
And some might simply give you a place to come back to when everything outside of you feels very fucking loud.
By the end of LIVING PROOF, you’ll…
See your life through a completely different lens.
Know how to identify the experiences that have shaped your perspective.
Understand how integration—not information—is what creates wisdom.
Feel more confident leading from your own lived truth instead of borrowed knowledge.
Have a clearer vision for the work only you can do.
Walk away with practical tools to continue building from what you’ve lived.
